Me? Depressed?

According to the story I just read on MSN, Portland is the 20th most depressed city in the nation. However, if we had a democrat in the white house, I'd bet we'd be one of the happiest cities in the nation. Of course, then what would Portlanders have to bitch about? They could no longer go "you know what, I'm pissed. Let's chain ourselves to gas pumps!"
